Phyllis Alexander |
Phyllis was born and raised in
Buffalo, New York. Her background includes a degree
in English from Cornell University and a Masters
Degree in counseling from the University of Rochester.
During her multifaceted career,
she has held diverse counseling positions, including
university Foreign Student Advisor and Director
of a NIDA Drug Abuse Treatment Program. In addition,
she has worked for the Special Action Office on
Drug Abuse Prevention. Phyllis also owned a successful
design and remodeling firm before embarking on
her real estate career in 1980.
Experience, education and expertise
have helped Phyllis set real estate records in
the metropolitan Washington, D.C. area, with an
average yearly sales volume of $60 - $70 million.
She is licensed in DC, Maryland and Virginia.
Her negotiation skills and service to clients
is legendary. She has been honored as Long &
Fosters Agent of the year and is in the top 1%
of all agents in the country.
Phyllis is married to Timothy
Alexander, a geographer & consultant. They
have a son, Howard, an investment banker in New
York City and a beautiful daughter-in-law, Janel,
a design director for Banana Republic who are
the proud parents of the divine Estelle Tallulah.
After years of suburban Maryland living and an
urban adventure in Downtown DC, the Alexander's
have returned to the town of Somerset, happily
playing with their spoiled dog, Lola, and doting
on their grand daughter.

experience, Rochelle is our "can do"
person! Whether she is working with buyers and

knowledge and skills just shine! With over 15
years as a licensed real estate agent in DC/MD
and her background in business administration

In her "spare" time,
Rochelle is an actively involved mom to 3 daughters
ranging in age from 20 to 25! Though she is a
native of Pittsburgh, with time spent in Los Angeles,

Northern Virginia native, Bob's years of local
exploration, from bike riding/hiking, skiing to
kayaking, have given him the best sense of direction
on the team! Extensive real estate experience
with a custom home builder and then as a condo/
coop property manager prior to being licensed
in 1987 combined with his love and knowledge of
any kind of modern day technology makes him the
perfect 21st century real estate agent. When not
successfully caring for our clients in DC, Va
and MD, Bob can often be found volunteering with
a multiple of local charities through Burgundy
Crescent Volunteers.

dazzling academic and corporate background, Elyse
combines her legal, business and strategic acumen
with world class service to buyers and sellers.
Born in McKeesport, PA, she gravitated to Washington,
where she earned business and law degrees from
American University and a masters degree in strategic
studies from the US Army War College. She served
as an attorney and later as head of real estate
property acquistions and sales for Amtrak. As
a senior vice president for the Travel Industry
Association, a non-profit trade association, Elyse
has been a successful Washington lobbyist, and
she is currently a Colonel in the US Army Reserve,
Judge Advocate Generals Corps. Wow! We feel so
fortunate to have Elyse's experience and expertise
on our team!

A native
Washingtonian, Annie grew up in the Palisades
and brings considerable energy and a penchant
for detail to her role as Transaction Coordinator.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina
with a degree in Business Marketing, she managed
an art gallery for 6 years. She's an ace photographer,
fluent in Slovak and involved in the Slovak community.
When not playing in sun or snow, she often can
be found hanging out with her brother and twin
sister.
